The design district is younger, hipper, and more artsy than Bal Harbor, which, nice as it is, it's still a mall. It's hard to get that boutique feel in a mall, and the staff even mentioned that. And hopefully, they'll stock it accordingly. I must have missed your post b/c while in Miami I called info for the phone # of the H boutique. The telephone folks couldn't get past the word "Hermes" and I was connected first with an acupuncturist and then with the John Loeb store in the Design District.
