However, while researching my original question, I did see some comments on reddit complaining about inconsistent quality and poor post-sale customer service from Burberry. That's pretty gutsy given how much they are charging for their bags. I have to say I really like the new 2020 collection, especially the Burberry Mini Stud Belt Bag, and the Burberry Cube Bowling/Satchel Bag under their new designer. Both of them are made in Italy (phew!). Not a fan of burberry handbags. I bought a tote from an outlet and the stitching started coming off within a few months of regular use. 87K subscribers in the handbags community. I have two Burberry bags in canvas and they have both held up well. One is vintage from around 2000ish and the other I bought new in 2018. I use them both in the fall/winter for wet days and they are still in great shape.
